Sales Trainer

Our Sales Training Manager will be committed to leaving our staff “better than you found them”, from the moment they join us and throughout their career at Ink and from our most junior to most senior staff.
You will develop and deliver structured yet unconventional training and coaching programs across the sales floor. You are also expected to ensure our training programmes are current as well as develop new programmes.

You will:
• Develop and deliver training programmes
• Ensure we apply the latest (or unorthodox!) thinking in terms of performance management and creating best practices for other sales organizations to follow
• Investigate and apply the best sales, motivational, cultural and leadership principles
• Conduct training and coaching in the business using accelerated learning techniques – from induction through to leadership training
• Hit all performance criteria within the role
• Act as a consultant to the leadership team, advising on learning, coaching and tactics to drive each sales staff to achieve their performance potential
• Ensure our staff are seen as ABOVE VALUE in the market place due to the excellent staff training they have with us
